Cobalt Fluoride Powder
CoF2 powder was first prepared by the inverse microemulsion method using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide as a surfactant and octanol and water as solvents. The prepared sintered hydrated CoF2 Powder was characterized by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray diffraction. In addition, voltammetry was used. Cyclic to measure electrochemistry. Performance of the prepared powder and the results show that the electrochemical performance, that is, the reversibility and cyclic stability of the synthesized powder, is significantly improved. The CoF2 Powder sintered powder obtained in a ratio of 2:2.5 with a uniform composition exhibits better electrochemical performance than its counterparts. This study reveals that Cobalt fluoride Powder has great potential as a cathode material in energy storage devices due to its excellent efficiency, low cost, easy synthesis, and high yield.
