Specialized in the plain sapphire wafer for direct epitaxy.
Material grade: 99.999 % high purity single crystal Al2O3 material.
High polishing grade to make sure the uniform deposition on our plain sapphire wafer.
High cleaning degree and high quality: each piece of the wafer is required to be cleaned in class 100 cleanroom and visually inspected under a fluorescent lamp to make sure no scratch and no dig.
