Applications

Aerospace and Gas Turbines

Jet Engines and Turbine Blades: Hastelloy® X is widely used in gas turbines and jet engines, where high temperatures, oxidizing environments, and mechanical stresses are common. Its high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and thermal fatigue resistance make it ideal for turbine blades, combustion chambers, and exhaust systems.

Rocket Engine Components: The alloy’s performance under extreme thermal conditions makes it suitable for components in rocket engines, such as nozzles and combustion liners, where both high-temperature stability and resistance to corrosion are critical.

Power Generation
